Hardware Ranch

We went decided to take a trip to Hardware Ranch since it had been years since we had been. It had been so long, that we convinced Jeff that it is a museum of hardware that people have collected over the years. He believed it for about a week. I think the last time I remember going was when Lindsay was at USU and came with us. We met up with the Lewiston crew and had a great afternoon!

Not too thrilling when we aren't moving anywhere...

I'm pretty sure this was the best part of the whole event ;)

Catching up - Island Park!!! Part 2

On our way home from Island Park, we stopped in to Brad and Mel town overnight! That was a blast! We went skiing! Well, Jeff and Brad snowboarded and were very talented at it. We don't have any good pictures of the action sadly, but the trip was worth it! We missed you Mel!

On our way home from Brad and Mel's, my dad decided to show us where he used to live in Idaho Falls. Well, we weren't too happy to take these pictures... It was freezing outside and the wind was blowing way bad. In between pictures we ran to the car, got in trouble, and ran back over to take more pictures.

Catching up - Island Park!!!

I can't believe that we went to Island Park in March!!! It's been so long. But from what I can remember, it was super fun! I hadn't ever ridden on a snowmobile before, so that was a cool first for me. There was snow everywhere! But according to my grandparents, 'the snow-meter' was way low. Apparently there was only about 3 feet of snow instead of the usual 8 or more. And yes... These pictures are in reverse order because it's been so long since I've blogged...

The determined 'snow-shoers' figured out just how hard it is...

Wimbledon Time!!

It's that time of year! And I've successfully got my family hooked to watching it, well, except Dad. One day, I will get to spend lots of money and go watch the tournament. And I will go buy expensive clothes so that I can blend in with the high-end people that watch tennis is England.
Go Novak! (He's the family's favorite because when he wins, he takes off his shirt) It makes tennis all the more exciting!

New Furniture

Look at this! We have redone the family room. My mom got to pick out to bookcases, and my dad got the TV. Decorating the shelves was so much fun.

Well since my mom got the bookcases and the tv stand thing, my dad got to pick the couches. He chose leather. When we were opening them in our family room, she kept saying,"Oh my heck! I've ruined our house!" The thrill of new furniture was a little too overwhelming. But the couches look nice. Oh and my mom got the end table to the right of the couch. The top comes off and turns into a serving tray! Who knew there was such a thing?

Here's the love seat

Here's the whole thing from a distance. And of course there is science fair stuff on the floor... My mom thinks that our house looks more adultish now, which is a good thing. However, she doesn't like how the boys in the house are always laying down. They sit down, and fling the chair back to get comfy. She doesn't predict the couches to last long.

Along with the family room rearranging, we decided to revamp the living room. We got another wing back chair from Boop and used the second end table. My mom and I are pretty proud of our work. That evening, we decided that the room could use some embleishments. So... We headed to Tai Pan! We didn't find another poppy canvas painting like we wanted however. But we got some cute flowers.

Here is another picture of the living room. We had to rearrange the pictures and try to fill in blank spots on the wall. We really like how it's arranged now.

Christmas Evening Fun

Jeff and Nate love playing Lego Rockband and Band Hero. Its all the family did until school started again.

Christmas evening the family played Wii Resort. That was REALLY intertaining and not to mention difficult!

Mr. Big Hunk

Jeff had a surprise one December night. The doorbell rang and this poster was on the doorstep. It's from a girl of course. The poster was the talk of our conversation for the next few days.

Trip to Washington!

It took me forever to take this picture. I tried to time it just right. I thought it was an awesome water feature.

This is the Lady Washington, who is the star in Pirates of the Caribbean.

On our way over to Seattle!

The Sea Star, which is the star of The Deadliest Catch

The Space Needle

The Mariners game was a blast. Even though they lost to the Yankees, it was fun. The chocolate covered strawberries were my favorite. It was kinda cold (and pouring rain for part of it) but totally worth it!

We went to lots of lighthouses on our trip.

Crabbing!!!

A successful day... :)
And I got to wear polka dot boots!

Pirate day in Oregon

Steering the boat

Lunch with Ashley, Uncle Dave, Aunt Linda, and my mom at the Island Cafe.

Our Property

These are some beautiful pictures of our property. I love going camping here, but it is sometimes cold...But when am I not cold?

Look at the hard work that was done to finish the stairs! Daddy and Grandpa, you did a great job! It looks awesome. Those rocks were heavy, but worth it in the end.
